Responsibilities:

  • Issue Purchase Order
  • Update the Quotation and check the product cost and delivery cost
  • Make sure the product have BOM, Specification, Test Report, CE Certificate, Product Picture
  • Follow up the production time
  • Assists the Sales Inquiry and Requirements
  • Create and Maintenance the data part no. into company system (ERP
  • Check the Shipping Schedule and arrange the booking, Submit the BL information to Freight Forwarder, Confirm BL
  • Application for the Payment
  • Application for the Marine Declaration of General Insurance
  • Application for the Import Declaration
  • Marking the Product Sample

Requirement:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent;
  • 3 years’ working experience preferably in Shipping and Purchasing;
  • Responsible for purchase order management, shipping documents and daily communication with factories/overseas clients;
  • Good communication skills and PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Chinese word processing);
  • Fluency in spoken Chinese, English, Putonghua speaking is a must;
  • Independent, detail-minded and hardworking;
  • Immediate Available is a highly preferable.
