Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendor for goods order and delivery
  • Support sourcing activities and negotiating with new vendors
  • Inventory Control & Arrange Report
  • Perform daily office & administrative tasks
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, positive and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
