Purchasing Assistant (2-month Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow up purchase orders
  • Provide clerical support to the team, such as handle telephone enquiries, data entry and document filing

Requirements:

  • Certificate or above in Purchasing and Supply Management or related disciplines 
  • 1 year work experience in purchasing or hotel industry is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate available is preferred
