PURCHASING CLERK (5 Days Work)

Job Description

• Source and obtain products required by the Company
• Coordinate purchase order and delivery schedule with suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders, quotation and delivery documents
• Update and maintain the inventory level for stock planning
• Negotiate, and achieve cost reductions
• Monitor supplier’s performance and quality

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years or above working experience.
• Experience of the printing, coating and / or textile industry an advantage, but not imperative.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Additional Cantonese beneficial.
• Well-organized, detailed mind and able to handle multi-tasks.
• PC literate; and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Positive, self-motivated, creative with passion to achieve results; attentive to details and a good team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability would be preferred.
