Purchasing Clerk /Assistant Buyer (5 Days Work)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Place Order and handle daily clerical duties
  • Communicate with suppliers & China factory
  • Follow up delivery shipment with Suppliers
  • Data Entry, emails and filing
  • Assist to purchase of products
  • Support to buying team


  • F.5 or above in any related disciplines or purchasing is preferable
  • Preferable at least 2 years in indirect material field
  • Fresh graduate also welcome
  • Willing to learn and good communication skill
  • Proficient in PC application, Excel, Chinese & English processing
  • Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is preferable
