Purchasing clerk

Job Duties:

  • Issue and follow up purchasing order,
  • Prepare PO and data input for report analysis
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Responsible for data entry and filing
  • Monitor inventory
  • Import and Export declaration.

Requirements:

  • F.5/ HKDSE or above
  • Experience or knowledge in purchasing and order processing/ shipping and supply chain will be an advantage
  • PC knowledge in Word and Excel
  • Self Initiative, aggressive, independent, logical, hard-working, well-organized, willing to learn
