Job Descriptions & Requirements

  • A Degree holder or above, major in Hotel Management / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with not less than 3 years’ experience at managerial level, preferably in the Hotel / Restaurant / Catering Industry
  • Great communication and negotiation skill, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge on Materials Control/Birchstreet procurement system will be an advantage
  • Good command on both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager​
