Purchasing Manager - Food and Non Food (Catering or Food and Beverage)

Responsibilities:

• Implement the purchasing systems for the Group across different territories.
• Responsible for the training within Purchasing to enhance the skill-set, know-how and expertise of the Purchasing teammates.
• Identify and evaluate cost saving opportunities and drive implementation within the Group.
• Develop and implement the strategic sourcing plan on corporate account across different territories.
• Provide purchasing support to other territories and projects as and when needed.
• Knowledge in international logistics and import regulations for Food & Beverages items are essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Procurement & Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline preferably with relevant professional qualification.
• Familiar with ERP Systems and preference will be given to those with hands-on experience with SAP.
• At least 10 years of working experience with not less than 5 years in Chain Restaurant, Catering, Fast food Shop MUST
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Chinese and Putonghua is essential.
• Based in Hong Kong and need to travel to PRC and Macau.
