Purchasing Manager (PRC Based, 45 minutes from ShenZhen)


Job Description
  • Degree holder in Engineering/BA/Purchasing/Manufacturing Engineering/Supply Chain Management or equivalent;
  • 7 years+ experience of which not less than 4 years at managerial level in electronics manufacturing industry, preferable in EMS environment;
  • Extensive working experiences in PMC and material scheduling are required;
  • To handle dynamic demand fluctuation and extensive pull-in/out schedule effectively;
  • Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical components with good vendor base;
  • To lead and drive lead time & cost improvement to reduce total operational cost;
  • To drive and maintain optimal inventory;
  • Independent, analytical, dynamic, self-initiative, and a good team player;
  • Communicate with counterpart across business units and corporate purchasing to identify cost reduction opportunities for material and components;
  • Evaluate and monitor suppliers performance to ensure quality, safety standards and schedules are meet; and
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
