Purchasing Officer / Assistant Purchasing Officer

  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing (food and non-food) to meet operation needs
  • Process purchase orders, monitor delivery and quality of goods, inventory control and cost management
  • Conduct quotation and material costing comparison
  • Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost savings opportunities
  • Maintain and upkeep the purchase database and records
  • Management of a warehouse and conduct monthly stock taking


  • 3 years or above experience in purchasing. Priority will be given for candidate with food and beverage industry experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in PC skills, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer
