With steady and rapid expansion in business in Hong Kong, they are actively looking for a Purchasing Assistant / Officer to join their dynamic company.
Handle enquiries/projects independently with suppliers
Arrange quotations and samples according to customer requirement
Organise existing products to prepare standard items categories
Support overall purchasing mission by completed administrative duties quickly and accurately
Interacts closely with planning, product development and manufacturing for schedule and production requirements
Maintain good relationship with suppliers and monitor product quality with inspection
Manage outsource processing procurement and planning
Degree holders in related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of purchasing operation experience in a related manufacturing field.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with flexible approach to adapt the changes
Good communication and problem solving skills
