Purchasing Officer - Central Kitchen Operartion Team

LADY M NEW YORK

Responsivities:

  • Responsible for handle the purchasing cycle, including supplier sourcing and selection, pricing, safety stock level management, product comparison, logistic arrangement, etc.
  • Manage inventory level in order to make appropriate order with suppler.
  • Handle all inventory input & output and prepare monthly inventory analysis report for kitchen management review.
  • Liaise with Kitchen Head and Operation Team in all purchasing related aspect.
  • Monitor all food safety and quality related standard in order to fulfill company standard and government legalization.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ purchasing relevant working experience in F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Have basic knowledge in pastry production
  • Knowledge in food ingredient and nutrition is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player.
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Purchasing Officer.
  • Working Location: Siu Sai Wan Office
