Responsible for the purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, vendor selection and stock management on daily F&B non-food items
Provide massive analysis support in procurement and inventory management planning activities
Liaise with frontline restaurant on stock ordering & maintain the purchasing database and records
Work closely with key internal users & liaise with factories for production schedule & quality checking
Higher diploma or above in purchasing and supply related discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry
Knowledge on inventory system, ERP or equivalent
Strong communication and negotiation skill with positive attitudes
Hands-on experience of MS Office
More experience can be considered as Purchasing Officer
