Purchasing Officer / Operation Officer

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or Above
  • Min. 3 years’ relevant working experience is an advantage, preferably with background in F&B
  • Detail-mind, numeric and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent, good communication skill and well-organized
  • Immediate available is preferred

 Responsibilities:

  • Source and collect material and machinery information, liaise with suppliers on terms and conditions, pricing and purchase order issues
  • Responsible for review & update working procedures and manuals
  • Update equipments and maintenance records
  • Follow up with licensing issues
  • Prepare purchasing reports and cost analysis reports
  • Maintain Purchasing database
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to production team, e.g. update and monitor roster, arrange regular stock-takes etc.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
