- To handle the food and beverage items on the daily market lists
- To keep adequate up-to-date files for purchasing records
- To be familiar with import procedures and documentations and approaches that may be required from Local Government
- Good speaking English and good writing skills
- Mature and independent and able to identify and solve problems effectively
