Purchasing Officer

The incumbent will be responsible for performing purchasing duties and providing support to the Centralized Purchasing Team

• Diploma or above in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply Management / Hotel Management related discipline
• Minimum 4 years working experience in hospitality industry with skills and competency to handle food & beverage and non-food purchases, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring and report updating
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CheckSCM application is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
