Purchasing & Store Officer

South Pacific Hotel

Responsibility:

  • Follow up purchase orders in order to support daily operations;
  • Maintain and update all purchasing documents and records;
  • To perform store duties on ordering, issuing and inventory of store.

Requirement:

  • F.5 or above, Diploma or Certificate holder in Procurement Management; 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
