Job descriptions
- Define and execute Quality Control Plan to ensure semiconductor equipment product quality
- Resolve quality problem and handle customer complaints
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing to ensure NPI deliverables are meet and pass assessment
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to improve new product development process
- Continual to drive quality improvement projects from NPI, MOL till EOF
Job requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Good knowledge of ISO9001, DFMEA, PFMEA, QCP and quality management tools including Quality Mindset, MSA (AR&R,GR&R), 8D, Quality Tools, Process Control Chart.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 / Six-Sigma / MBNQA will be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with customers / suppliers are preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detail-minded with good communication, inter-person, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to travel to Shenzhen Plants (Company bus will be provided) / Suppliers Sites / Customer Sites
