QA / QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – garment manufacturer/station Vietnam

Garment manufactuer with focus in cotton knit infant wear – headquarters in Hong Kong; factories in Dongguan factory (1500-2000 workers) and Vietnam (1500 workers) mainly for US, European, UK, Japan and Canadian market – we are looking for a    QA MANAGER (station Vietnam)   – with details as follows :


  • Tertiary education or above
  • Studies in Textile / Clothing / Quality is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years solid QA/QC working experience focus in garment manufacturing, in which 5 years should be in managerial position
  • Experience in infant wear manufacturing is an advantage
  • Solid working experience in quality control running in factory
  • Good experience in factory operations and factory audit
  • Good knowledge in textile and garment
  • Technical knowledge in all kinds of test reports and EU Directives
  • Familiar with Europe, US, Japan and GB standards in advance
  • Proficiency in using MS office including PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Report to the Vietnam Asst General Manager 
  • Work closely with 3rd party testing providers, vendors, merchandisers team to ensure the product testing processes are managed in compliance with corporate procedures
  • Running and managing quality control in the Vietnam factory
  • Ensure that products compliance is adequately documented and well implement in production
  • Station Vietnam
  • Annual leave : 16 days    
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
