Report to AGM, Quality
Products range : toys, bags and electronic audio products
Lead the QC team and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that product quality is complied with international safety standards and customer requirements
Work closely with 3rd party testing service providers, vendors, merchandising teams to ensure the product testing process is managed in compliant with corporate procedures
Ensure that products compliance is adequately documented and well implemented in production
Monitor the product quality of sub-contractors
Good experience in factory operation and factory audit
Improve production processes, solving quality problems as well as preventive measures
Degree holder or above with minimum 10 years of solid experience in QA/QC in toys manufacturing, in which 5 years in managerial position
Technical knowledge in all kinds of test reports and EU Directives
Solid experience in the quality control on toys and electronics products, such as ICTI, GSV, C-TPAT, WCA, etc
Familiar with Europe, US and Japan quality standards
Good knowledge on ISO 9001
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
Strong Initiative, proactive, responsible, good interpersonal, organizational skills
