Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and revise QC SOP and GMP/PICs documents
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining the documentation system
  • Assist in preparing the validation and qualification documents
  • Responsible for QC training program
  • Responsible for Product Quality Review
  • Responsible for Report / Logbook checking
  • Prepare QC Purchase Order and Inventory Control
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • To perform any duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical or related discipline
  • Knowledge of GMP and/or ISO standards
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in chemistry laboratory work
  • Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Hardworking, organized, initiative, self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure, and willing to work overtime
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant QC Officer
