QC Supervisor / Assistant QC Supervisor

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and guide QC team to maintain continuous quality improvement
• Assist Q.C. Manager in developing the Quality Control systems and process in line with Hong Kong GMP and PIC/S standard
• Assist in routine quality management work including preparation of SOP, follow up of deviation, risk assessment and change control
• Monitor the process of sampling, inspection and testing on raw materials and final products
• Conduct equipment calibration and maintenance activities according to approved schedule
• Take part in testing method development and implementation, validation activities
• Ad hoc projects will be assigned by Q.C. Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Studies or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience in Quality Control of pharmaceutical or food industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, PIC/S is necessary
• Familiar with GMP environment is an advantage
• Attention to details, self-motivated, hardworking, able to work under pressure, interacting and communicating with diverse individuals/groups
• Good problem solving skills and analytical skills
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an definite advantage, candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant QC Supervisor
