Qualify Assurance Officer @ CS Team

  • Execute and deliver quality and product training programs to different target participants
  • Monitoring calls quality at the call center for premium services
  • Maintain high quality service by conducting regular call assessment
  • Regular meeting with operation team leader to maintain the service standards
  • To submit the regular summary report which to identify areas of standard for improvement
  • Make recommendations to improve the levels of service
  • Prepare and review Do and Don’t list for the programs


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 year of work experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in call centre
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
