What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for overseeing product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and provide corrective actions
  • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
  • Set up procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and provide corrective actions
  • Inspect the final output product and compare its properties to requirements
  • Approve qualified products or reject defectives
  • Submit Quality deviation report and reject rate for internal process in order to improve quality standards
  • Submit customer complaint rate report to measure level of quality achievement
  • Work on improvement and develop new efficient procedures (SOP)
  • Implement Regulation to meet safety standards
  • Drive quality standards to other development, ensure all processes comply with QC standards
  • Create / improve and Manage product trace-ability data, make sure all processes are covered
  • Conducting periodic internal audits related to QC standard compliance


Who You Are:

  • Min. 3 years experience in QA/QC management in Coffee or F&B companies preferred
  • You are organized, serious, hard working, detail-oriented & objective driven
  • You perform well in high speed environments, you meet deadlines and you are able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • You are able to structure your thoughts and present them in adequate details and clarity
  • You have excellent communication skills
