Lead and conduct user acceptance tests within time frame such as define acceptance criteria, draw up test plan / cases, deploy staff to perform acceptance or regression tests and document test results.
Ensure the system’s configurations match with the daily operations of tenancy or property management, housing applications, repairs & maintenance, collection of revenues etc.
Take initiative to familiar with the policies and working manuals such as Well-off Tenants Policy, Rent Assistance Scheme, Take Over Tenancy etc. and other internal business processes.
Report findings on issue log tracking system and follow up issues with stakeholders and vendor until the issues resolved.
Work with IT staff to draw up contingency plan to avoid any suspension of systems which will affect business operations.
Monitor the performance of system vendor or service provider.
Benchmark the service or system standards with prevailing information technology in the market.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks or UAT during non-working hours or on non-working days when required.
Prepare training materials and conduct user trainings.
Perform other system administration works as assigned by supervisor.
The Person
Degree / Diploma Holders in information technology, property management or relevant disciplines preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience on the position of Quality Assurance Engineer or IT system administration or managerial positions in tenancy management, property management or financial industry.
Experienced in the developments of property management systems, e-payment systems, mobile app etc.
Knowledge on public housing tenancy policies is an advantage.
Competent in quality assurance processes and good at writing test’s plan, scripts and result report.
Possess excellent communication skills to convene project meetings, briefing sessions or presentations to stakeholders for system development or UAT.
Able to identify system risks or loophole and carry out precautionary actions.
Sensitive to system features and functions to ensure them comply with organization policy and external regulations.
Excellent skills in computer software such as MS Excel, Power Automate, Acrobat, Tableau, Business Objects etc.
