Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to drive the team and deliver a seamless handover experience to our customers and ensure product quality meets customer's satisfaction.

Particularly, the successful candidate shall:

  • Supervise teams to ensure smooth handover experience to customers, including defect rectification
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure all handover preparations are done on time
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all units are in good condition for handover to customers
  • Give independent feedbacks on product quality collected from internal and external stakeholders at various development stages
  • Handle complaints case and alert respective teams on complaint follow up timely

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience at managerial level and proven track record in overall handover, defect rectification and customer services position
  • Experience in taking over new developments from developer and serving corporate clients is definitely an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, embracing changes, proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong leadership, effective problem solving, crisis and emergencies handling ability
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin is required
