Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Engineering discipline
• 5-10 years relevant experience in manufacturing. Experience in household appliances (motorized and heating appliances) is highly preferred
• With solid experience to handle customer complaints
• Able to investigate quality issues, identify root cause and generate corrective action plan in a timely manner
• Generate comprehensive quality plan for new product introduction from conceptual stage to finished product
• Respond to all quality issues in factory including IQC, LQC, FQC, ISO9001 and daily operation
• Establish quality procedures and lead quality team to ensure quality objectives are fulfilled
• Liaise with internal and external parties in dealing with issues related to quality, product safety, reliability and compliance.
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• 5 ½ days work
• Stationed / Travel to Shenzhen require
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Engineer
