Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct shop inspection and supplier audit to ensure good hygiene environment and quality ingredients respectively.
  • Manage product specification system for products and raw materials
  • Assure compliance and conformance of processing parameters to the agreed standards
  • Provide coaching and QA support to team members at shop and food production centre
  • Handling food safety related issues and QA related projects

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related discipline
  • Knowledge of the hygiene regulations and HACCP
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Food Safety and Quality Management System
  • Experience in GFSI certification is an advantage
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Have mindset of continual improvement
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
