Quality Assurance Officer

Working location: Yuen Long

Responsibilities:

• Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools which are directly related to their analyses and tests
• Participate in the resolution of quality and hygiene problems
• Assist in consumer complaint investigation
• Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestle Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards
• Ensure the implementation of food safety measures
• Deliver hygiene training to different factory departments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above and majoring in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry
• 1 year food manufacturing or laboratory experience in food industry in food analysis or quality control
• Good Manufacturing Practices
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Basic computer skills
