Your role:

• Perform internal and external audit including but not limited to monthly unannounced hygiene audit, annual ISO internal audit, monthly GMP audit for external warehouses
• Responsible for factory audit to third party plant in local and factory in PRC or foreign countries
• Arrange pre-shipment inspection for own brand products produced by OEM in foreign countries
• Support the maintenance of ISO system and ensure products comply with HK and overseas regulations
• Organize and manage the sample submission to external laboratories
• Investigate customer complaint or identified problems and issue PCAR with follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of preventative and corrective actions
• Summarize QC inspection data such as online inspection results, microbiological results
• Arrange label checking and stability study for new products

We are looking for:  

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Food Safety, Biology, Chemical or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in QAQC which is in food & beverage industry preferably 
• Having ISO internal auditor certification is a plus
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP is highly preferable
• Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently
• Good Communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
