Quality Assurance Specialist (Customer Service Focus)

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Quality Assurance function across all operations teams, in particular for hotlines/emails customer service teams
  • Review and ensure customer service and administration agents’ knowledge and handling meets minimum standards
  • Provide reports and give recommendations/insights to Team Leaders and Management on training needs and process improvements
  • Assist to develop and facilitate training sessions, and provide coaching agents
  • Play an active role in the success of the operation: participate in team meetings, work in unison with the Management team to achieve objectives and interface with stakeholders as required 


  • University/post-secondary graduate or above desired
  • At least 3 years’ experience in quality assurance/training/team leading role and preferable within customer service operations  
  • Passion for quality and customer service and familiar with customer care processes and techniques
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills
    Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) languages, and able to effectively communicate in a global and culturally diverse team
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Dedicated to quality service delivery and solutions-focused
  • Self-motivated, uses initiative for process improvement
