Quality Control Team


  • Provide internal control assessment for different projects in investment banking, asset management, proprietary and other business areas and etc and provide recommendations on control enhancement
  • Assess the due diligence processes in different business lines to make sure they are in-line with the Headquarters’ and industrial standards
  • Conduct risk analysis for different investment projects in terms of credit risk and investment structure
  • Perform on-going monitoring and review on the existing investment projects from both market risk and credit risk perspectives
  • Develop project evaluation plans and produce assessment reports. Ensure all findings are properly addressed with action plans


  • Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines, preferably with professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, FRM, CFA)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management in Financial Institution or brokerage firms
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
