* Product and process control: SPC control, and manufacturing process audit.
* Interface with customer on quality handling including complaints, corrective and preventive actions, process improvement and so forth.
* Manage to prepare quality reports, establish quality improvement program, draft Quality Engineering Instructions, resolve customer return materials or goods and so forth.
* Set departmental goals and deploy action plans to achieve the goals annually.
* Support QS team in establishing, implementing and maintaining QMS (ISO13485 and FDA) and improvement.
* Lead the team to conduct lean improvements in quality related activities
