Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineering)

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• MRICS, MHKIS or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience of which 3 years must be in estimating & tendering
• Experience in cost budgeting, strong negotiating skill
• Preparation of contractual claims, final account and subcontract agreement
• Previous experience in civil works
• Coordinate with internal project team and consultant firms
• Applicants with less qualification or experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Immediate available is an advantage
