Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Prepare and review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Prepare interim payment application and assessing sub-contractor’s payment
- Provide assistance in tendering procedure
Requirement:
- Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent academic qualification in related disciplines
- 2 years relevant working experience in foundation category
- Well organized, self-initiative and with good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese
- Immediately available will be an advantage
- Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
