QUANTITY SURVEYOR - AUDIT DEPARTMENT
Job Matcher- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years' Quantity Surveying experience in residential and commercial building projects
- Member of HKIS / RICS is preferred
- Responsible for contract administration including tender document review and tender analysis etc. for Audit Department; verification of payments and final accounts; controlling and reviewing budget, progress and quality of construction projects
- Collaborate closely with Construction and Project Teams
- Proficiency in both written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on PC application skills
