Quantity Surveyor (Fitting Out / Building)

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts budgets and negotiation final accounts
• Prepare cost analysis, estimations, material and documentation
• Variation measurements and assessment
• Evaluate subcontractors payments and variations
• Settlement of final account with clients, sub-contractors and consultants
• 5.5 working days (Alternative Saturday off)
