Quantity Surveyor (Subletting)

  • To handle pre-contract and post-contract works including subletting and negotiation skill, cost estimation
  • Responsible for handling tendering and subletting works packages
  • Reviewing and monitoring the subletting schedules from time to time
  • Assist to handle contractual related issues.


  • Higher Diploma / Degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related disciplines.
  • 5 years or above of tendering or subletting experience, site experience with contractor will be advantage
  • Experience in quantity surveying will be an advantage
  • Strong numerical sense, excellent data interpretation & analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good commend of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills.
