Job Description

  • Estimating, cost control, procurement arrangement, contractual issues
  • Subcontract administration from sub-letting to finalization of final account
  • Liaise with other departments, consultants and contractors on QS matters to ensure a smooth running of projects
  • Provide extensive support to the production team on project delivery.


  • Degree holder or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience with contractor
  • Experience in Main Contract and subcontract management
  • Knowledge on EDIFICE would be an advantage

Department/ Project

Tuen Mun – Chek Lap Kok – Northern Connection Subsea Tunnel – This is the largest contract sum ever awarded in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong’s largest TBM of 17.6 metres in diameter, together with 2 identical mixshield Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) of 14 metres in diameter, will be used. The completed tunnels will be the deepest and longest sub-sea road tunnels in Hong Kong.
