Monitor tendering procedure and comment on tender reports;
Evaluate variation works, payments and final accounts;
Execute the conditions of main contracts and sub-contracts;
Liaise with project teams and consultants for the preparation and signing of contract documents;
Liaise with project teams, consultants and contractors regarding all QS issues.
Higher diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
Corporate or probationary member of HKIS / RICS (QS division) is preferable;
3-5 years’ related experience, preferably gained from Property Developer, Consultant or Contractor;
Proficient in English and Cantonese;
Self-motivated with initiative and confident;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
