Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tender submission;
• Handle contractual claims and sub-contractors’ payments;
• Liaise with internal / external parties such as architects, consultants, sub-contractors and clients;
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

  Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
• At least 5 years working experience in building construction field;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a good team player;
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, able to tackle problems in a positive way and work under pressure.
