Quantity Surveyors/AQS (Civil Engineering)

  • Prepare tender submission, tender analysis, pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties include cost estimates, procurement and tendering,
  • Contractual issues, claims & dispute resolution, prepare variation submission, follow up variation assessment and valuation of final account
  • Assess sub-contractor’s variation orders, prepare sub-contract documentation
  • Prepare to attend meetings and site inspections
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate holder in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English & Putonghua, Proficiency in MS Office, Project and Graphic Applications
  • Positions and Offers base on qualification and experience
