The Customer & International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for the wagering business for the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The Division drives the wagering business results of Racing, Football and Mark 6 lottery via product marketing, CRM, digital & operational functions, and channel services, The ultimate aim is to provide customers with an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable gaming demand channeling (from illegal sources) in a responsible manner.
be responsible for all back office support, administration, and reporting tasks
collaborate with various functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
supervise part-time employees and work as a team to ensure high quality customer experiences
support ad hoc projects and programs as assigned
You should have:
higher diploma or associate degree holder with a minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in service industry, preferably gained from theme parks, sizable shopping mall, or performance venues;
problem solver with a can do attitude, efficient, detail minded, with strong interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
experience user of Microsoft Word and Excel, computer literate in Chinese word processing
quick learner on digital device and applications
fluent in both English and Cantonese
required to work in Shatin & Happy Valley Racecourse at all race meetings, work on shift including weekends, public holidays, and night time
knowledge on horse racing will be a definite advantage
candidate with less experience will be consider as Racecourse Customer Services Officer

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A temporary employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
