The Department

The Customer & International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for the wagering business for the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The Division drives the wagering business results of Racing, Football and Mark 6 lottery via product marketing, CRM,   digital & operational functions, and channel services, The ultimate aim is to provide customers with an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable gaming demand channeling (from illegal sources) in a responsible manner.


The Job

You will:

  • be responsible for all back office support, administration, and reporting tasks
  • collaborate with various functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • supervise part-time employees and work as a team to ensure high quality customer experiences
  • support ad hoc projects and programs as assigned

You should have:

  • higher diploma or associate degree holder with a minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in service industry, preferably gained from theme parks, sizable shopping mall, or performance venues;
  • problem solver with a can do attitude, efficient, detail minded, with strong interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
  • experience user of Microsoft Word and Excel, computer literate in Chinese word processing
  • quick learner on digital device and applications
  • fluent in both English and Cantonese
  • required to work in Shatin & Happy Valley Racecourse at all race meetings, work on shift including weekends, public holidays, and night time
  • knowledge on horse racing will be a definite advantage
  • candidate with less experience will be consider as Racecourse Customer Services Officer


Terms of employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.  A temporary employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
