The Role

  • To ensure the department operates according to agreed guidelines and procedures
  • To ensure all resources are appropriately allocated to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • To manage the performance of all team members in the department
  • To actively involve in the selection, coaching and development of the staff in the team with the support of supervisors
  • To ensure safety standards are achieved

The Person

  • Have at least 2 years of work experience involving people and operations management
  • Sound knowledge of the aviation industry and relevant safety and security requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong people management and leadership skills
  • Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license 1 & 2 (Light Goods Vehicle) is a must
  • Fluent in Cantonese and fair command of English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Motivated, energetic and willing to perform shift duty
