Qualifications

  • Form 5 or equivalent, diploma/certificate in aviation management preferable
  • At least two (2) years’ working experience in airport essential
  • Driving license of class 1 & 2 an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese an advantage
  • Mature in nature, good communication and interpersonal skills, good attitude while handling with customers
  • Good problem solving and leadership skills to lead numerous cleaning staff
  • Good quality, safety and airworthiness mindset with the ability to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
  • Proactive, customer focused and business minded
  • IT knowledge an advantage

Responsibilities

Ramp Handling Officer, directly reporting to the Senior Ramp Handling Officer (SRHO), is responsible for:-

  • Performing spot/audit check on aircraft cleaning, potable water/toilet servicing quality and cleanliness performed by the sub-contractor
  • Ensuring cleaning staff conduct cabin cleaning in accordance with individual airlines cleaning specification/manual by proper tooling/equipment
  • Elaborating and addressing task requirement and company policies to cleaning team
  • Monitoring and improving the efficiency of utilizing manpower and other resources when performing cabin cleaning
  • Supporting various office administration works
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Ramp Handling Officer or his/her superiors
