Kalon Couture reinvents fashion e-Commerce with mobile body scan and virtual fitting technology, allowing online shoppers to virtually try on clothing with their personal 3D avatars, in order to eliminate sizing concerns and reduce sales returns for a carefree shopping experience.
Since inception, we have secured USD1M funding, including investment from one of the largest listed apparel companies in HK and various government sponsorships (Cyberport Incubation Programme and ITF Fund). We are set to launch in Q3 2019, offering both B2B and B2C retail solutions for the fashion industry.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Here with Kalon, you will become the pioneer to reinvent the world of fashion e-commerce by improving our virtual try-on system!
No worries if you don’t have a fashion related background as all we need from you is being passionate, innovative and good at your job – programming.
What you will be responsible for:
System design, development and optimisation of our online virtual try-on system, of which the prototype is already in operation on our web store at www.kaloncouture.com, in collaboration with our 3D Engineering Team
Coding, application implementation, documentation and data management of all relevant projects
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or STEM related discipline from a HK-based university is required
At least 1 year of experience in relevant practice is required
Knowledge in 3D computer graphics (data structures eg .obj, .fbx, .dae) and texture mapping is a strong advantage
Knowledge in using fashion software (e.g. Browzwear, CLO, MarvelousDesigner, Blender) is an advantage
Innovative, fast learner and good problem solver

SALARY & AVAILABILITY
Salary: Negotiable based on level of competence and years of experience
