R&D / Quality Control Assistant Officer

Responsibilities (R&D Assistant Officer):

  • Assist in New Product Development process
  • Maintain and update master formula and specification of products
  • Review and evaluate current and potential raw materials
  • Monitor production process and recommend areas of improvement
  • Handle and assist ad hoc assignments

Responsibilities (QC Assistant Officer):

  • Inspect and perform quality check on incoming raw materials & Finished Goods
  • Temperate recording
  • Gathering products sample
  • Perform daily calibration on testing equipment
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments


  • Higher diploma holder in Food Science or other relevant discipline
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience in R&D /QC sector. Experience in F&B manufacturing industry with knowledge of food system and ingredient functionality is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS office, excel, data and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP
  • Creative, well organised, patient, self-driven, strong sense of responsibility
  • Good team player with good time management and interpersonal skill
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as R&D Officer / QC Officer
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

  • Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30; Alternate Saturday 08:30-12:30 / 08:30-17:00
