  • Responsible for handling agreements, assignments, mortgage files, first hand sales developments, and other conveyancing transactions
  • To assist and contribute as a member of the team in large scale acquisition projects
  • To facilitate and attend to legal documentations relating to conveyancing transactions
  • Liaise with Land Registry, Companies Registry, banks, corporate and individual clients, and arrange for stamping and registration of documents
  • Undertake clerical and administrative work as may be allocated from time to time, including maintenance of the records system and filing
  • Assist with the daily operation of the team


  • Diploma or above
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in conveyancing from a reputable law firm
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin language skills is an advantage
  • Responsible, organised, efficient and willing to work overtime and under pressure
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and attentive to details
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
