Receiving Clerk (收貨部文員)

  • Check and ensure the quality and quantity of goods received as per the purchase order and meet hotel requirement and standard
  • Manage all deliveries of goods to the concerned departments
  • Input goods received record daily and post to the inventory system accurately
  • Ensure loading dock and receiving area are kept safe, clean and organized


  • Form 5 or above with basic knowledge of hotel products, food products and food hygiene standard
  • 1-2 years relevant experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Positive attitude and good customer service skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
