Provide support services for daily and regular office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of and contract renewal of office equipment
Assist to handle daily accounting operations
Human resources functions including recruitment, termination and leaves
Maintain staff information records in a proper manner
Assist to develop and implement HR policy and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, Labour Dept. rules and regulations
Perform other ad-hoc assignments when required
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Good team player, proactive, mature, good organization skills and able to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Good computer skills for office + ability to learn new software and other office tools to enhance productivity. Knowledge of MYOB is as an added advantage
